Road to Rome ... or bust

June 3rd, 2012 ... one of my Classics professors has a house designed and decorated like a Roman villa, at which she hosts a picnic for students and faculty every spring.
This is part of her interior. It's like its own museum! That wooden door in the photo is the FRONT DOOR, with its own square lookout ... thing.
There is even a gladius in the bathroom.
